After completing her studies, and in the midst of a challenging personal chapter as a single mother, Sandy chose to reinvent herself. She began working as a furniture sales associate, where she discovered her true passion: creating environments that inspire well-being. A year later, she took a leap of faith and founded Proyectos Dcorp S.A.C., her first interior design and remodeling company — proving that determination can turn any beginning into a path toward greatness.

It was during this period that she met José Luis Llana, who years later would become her business partner and co-founder of JS ArdStudio LLC. They met in a creative gallery near the Ricardo Palma University, a space filled with architects and artists offering architectural drawing and rendering services. Among many, José stood out for his professionalism, ethics, and technical skill — sparking a collaboration that evolved into a lasting friendship built on respect and a shared passion for design and architecture.

In 2017, Sandy moved to the United States with her daughter, ready to start anew. She worked in hotels and restaurants across Colorado, where she later met Marco Molina, her husband and partner at InredPro Remodeling LLC, founded in 2019. Since then, she has led numerous residential projects with a design philosophy that blends functionality, artistry, and emotion.

Her drive for growth led her to continue her education at Emily Griffith Technical College, where she studied construction and remodeling codes to fully integrate into the U.S. market. Today, Sandy combines technical expertise with an artistic vision that shapes every detail of JS ArdStudio LLC’s projects, where she leads the interior design and creative direction divisions.

More than creating spaces, Sandy seeks to tell stories through design — stories of evolution, balance, and timeless beauty.
