JS ArdStudio LLC was born from the fusion of two complementary paths: the creative vision and aesthetic sensitivity of Sandy Jazmín, and the technical precision and architectural passion of José Luis Llana.
After years of individual experience in design, architecture, and construction, they decided to merge their talents to create a studio that transcends the conventional.
Their collaboration began years ago in Lima, Peru, where they first worked together on architectural design and rendering projects. Years later, destiny reunited them in Colorado, USA, where they decided to give shape to a shared vision — creating spaces that reflect the soul of their inhabitants and transform their surroundings through balance, aesthetics, and functionality.
